Our salesman, Logan Cash, is fantastic. He goes above and beyond every time. I’m not real happy with the service department. I’ve owned the car for a month and the Super Cruise does not work. They say the part is on order, but it’s a 2025 I would think it shouldn’t be hard to find the part. My husband and I went online with OnStar, they did several tests with us, andindicated the dealership just needs to reset the GPS. I called last week and informed the customer service department this, and I have not heard back. I paid a considerable amount more for this feature and to have it available for me to use for an entire month not good. Unfortunately for Sapaugh when people compliment on this car and ask how I like it, I tell them our salesman, Logan Cash, was great and I love the car, but service so far has not been good.
