He was quick AND efficient, seeing as how I didn't walk into the dealership on a "FRIDAY" night until 745pm and they closed at 900pm. When we first engaged Marck at Ourisman, we were simply researching vehicles and going through a deliberate process of elimination to determine the best vehicle for our family. Marck was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Chevrolet and GMC product lines. He patiently answered all of our questions and never tried to "push a sale" on us. We appreciated his approach. When the time came to narrow down our search and select a vehicle, Marck maintained his professional "no pressure" approach. In addition to the GMC Canyon being the vehicle we selected, Marck's professionalism is what made us choose to purchase the vehicle from Ourisman. We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.

They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. This dealership is a rip off. I bought Toyota parts at the parts counter, and they charged almost double the Toyota MSRP for the parts. Also if you pay with a credit card they charge an extra fee. You can definitely tell this dealership group is from Northern Virginia.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have seen some negative reviews on Sullivan auto and wanted to provide my perspective. I will say that reading some of the negative reviews worried me as I went through the process but can say with confidence that they were a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely buy from them again. I live in Boston and was purchasing a 2020 Land Rover Discovery from them. The price was definitely the best I saw out there. But since I was buying remotely, they allowed me to get an independent mechanic to do a full inspection and the car came back with good marks (just some minor issues which Sullivan fixed). I was getting the car delivered to Charlottesville which Sullivan took care of and made it very seamless. We’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks but so far so good. The only issue I would bring up is sometimes it was hard to get in touch with people while going through the process and that extended the timeline out a bit but that was a relatively minor issue.

Purchased 2016 Porsche Cayenne 6/13 from Moe. I've had my vehicle for a little over a month now. Purchasing vehicle was easy. Initially the Porsche I wanted had issues, Moe was transparent and upfront about it. I only wanted to purchase a Porsche (no other make). Mo was able to find me another Porsche> get me approved me for a newer model Porsche, Cayenne. Car rides great! I also purchased warranty for 2 years or up to 24,000 miles. Awesome! I received my hard tags before 30 day tags expired. Super siked! Mo communicated every step of the way, with updates and follow ups. I appreciate his tranparency! My only take away is car needed oil change (oil change indicator is on), dealership charges $600.00. Also none of my tires have sensors as well as I did not receive key for my rims. It would be nice to know if Carstop could help being I paid over 20K for this vehicle and put $5K down. This is only reason I did not give 5 star
