They never went over an estimate with me with how much everything was going to cost before they fixed stuff. They didn’t fix the majority of my concerns. They failed my inspection and didn’t tell me I failed it until I had already left, noticed my sticker wasn’t updated, and called back to question to why my car failed. They failed it due to a sensor in the front which a lot of cars do NOT have that sensor to begin with. I had also listed that as a concern I needed fixed to begin with when I made the appointment in advance but they couldn’t fix it due to not having the part. I waited for 4 hours for my car for only getting a tire rotation and an oil change and paid over $300 for this.

While on vacation from Indiana my F250 had the engine light come on due to random misfires. The next morning I took it to Darling’s Ford. Initially Shaun wasn’t sure that they could even look at it until a day or two. I called all of the rental car agencies in the area but none of them had any cars available. Shaun pulled a mechanic and had him run a diagnostic which confirmed misfires on two cylinders. Shaun went ahead and had the work performed while I hung out. I realize that service is usually scheduled weeks in advance so it was greatly appreciated that you were able to take care of me with same day service which kept our vacation on track. Thank you for the outstanding customer service when it would have been easier to just say no. Sincerely Rod Walter

Chris Connor and Craig Dyer were awesome in the service department. Chris scheduled my appointment with me via email cuz that's easier with my work schedule. And Craig was very welcoming when I showed up for my appointment. He even went above and beyond to call me as soon as it was done as I was waiting for my vehicle. Thank you very much!! Been coming here for years and there's definitely a reason why. Great service. (Even the friendly ladies in the office)

Not enough room here to say what is needed but regardless The Fleet I run had a truck sitting there for almost 11 months, was told and documented on our side the truck was getting a short block with heads and in the end, all that was done was a rocker arm and pipe reattached, over 10 months to do this job. Unacceptable in time wise, almost zero follow ups but maybe one or two calls. When parts were back ordered they did not call to tell, I had to call in to find that out. Per the paperwork there was no short block/heads in story or billed on paperwork for this that was told to us we were getting replaced and they were waiting on parts for months due to backorder from ford. The worst of this all is being lied too. I manage a fleet of over 600 Ford trucks ranging from 150's to 750's and worked at 3 ford dealers in my 26 years in automotive, heavy duty and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service ever.

2013 focus with the transmission shutter. This is a continuous problem and is a Problem with all is these cars Now it's acting up again same problem Now because I'm 12 days out of warranty Ford will not honor these defective and well Established problem stay away from ford focus And fusion pure junk! These cars are complete Lemons and ford knows and refuses to buy it Back.. Varney ford has the worst customer service j have ever seen .
