While on vacation our Pacifica had an unusual problem, the shifter needed replacement, but the problem came and went, making it difficult to isolate. Josh and Jon were able to work us in despite being very busy and managed to fix the issue and get us back on the road. We made it back to Virginia with no problems thanks to these fine men! I recommend them highly and would trust them anytime.

Good experience at Brown Motors. Ron Duda orchestrated the sale and preparation of the new truck amazingly quickly. I do wish they had performed the inspection ahead of my taking the truck off the lot, however. Ron spent a lot of time walking me through the computerized dashboard, new to me, and I have the feeling that he will answer questions and share his knowledge in the future with his usual good grace and humor.

I found the perfect vehicle. Working with these people and this Dealership reminded me of how it use to be, their entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were straightforward in their dealings and I received exactly what I was promised. Upon delivery the vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed, with Noah going over the operation of the vehicle I was on my way in a short amount of time. It was truly fantastic dealing with this dealer who wasn’t just another supermarket type dealer that most are now a days. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle. I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Orange CDJR. The GSM greeted me on arrival, was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. The xxI manager was extremely helpful and got me a better interest rate and lower payments than expected. This is my 4th new truck in 28 months (don’t ask), and by far the best dealer experience ever. I will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone I know.

Absolutely horrible! All around aweful experience. My "great car" they sold me died. Only owned it two years.. And I spent one of those years agruing with them on what they did sell me.. Not to mention when they had to replace stuff under WARRANTY they sent the car back with all the plastic on the inside popped off. Glad they were sold..wouldnt go there again if they were the last place on earth... Wish this would let me give no stars...
