Good afternoon, Sarah! We apologize if we've affected the reputation of your business! But it's due to the helplessness of not being heard and the abuse by the sellers. We bought a 2020 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, it presented problems (water pump, brakes, bearings, all four tires, water leaks when it rains, strange noise in the transmission). Now it has suspension problems and a damaged transmission, which is no longer under warranty. Now I have a vehicle that I can't use with my family and a debt to continue paying. Sorry! But I must mention that on top of all this, the vehicle also had a rear-end collision, which wasn't properly repaired. This greatly depreciates a car's value, and they sold it as certified new.
