In person, he took the time to walk me through all of the vehicle’s features thoroughly and patiently. He also followed up afterward to ensure I had no additional questions or needed anything further — a true professional who is genuinely customer service oriented. I truly appreciate the entire staff. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on delivering a first-class customer experience. Having purchased many vehicles over the years, I’ve often found the process stressful and unpleasant, which made me hesitant to visit dealerships.
