Mohawk Honda is very accommodating. Staff is exceptional from the time you enter. Cheerful and patient especially with older people that don’t know this digital age. My sales rep was Dalton Kroger- he helped me with the process of buying my hr-v, didn’t rush me and very knowledgeable of his job -cheerful personality he is an asset to Mohawk Honda. He introduced me to Kailey Bombard who helped me set up the CarPlay part with patience- she is an asset to Mohawk Honda. Definitely worth buying a car here and this was my second time I purchased an hr-v .

I bought my 2014 Honda Crosstour at this dealership in 2016. They have been taking care of my service needs since. I have never been disappointed! Recently, I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I called Lia Honda, and Steve Smith, my service advisor, let me know they had a tire that matched what I had on the car. He was able to get me in and out in an hour. Steve also let me know, that since I had bought the original tire being replaced at Lia Honda, he saw that I had the hazard warranty on the tire and I didn't have to pay for the replacement tire! What had been a bad day was suddenly much better. Thank you Steve, and the Lia Honda team.

What impressed me most was the time he took to teach me the car's technology and make me comfortable, even after the sale had been made. Best car sale experience yet!

Never been here, absolutely positive. Ashley was straight forward perfect. Ron in finance was awesome as well. Methodically went through the paperwork A to Z explaining details. We got stuck on the warranty I wouldn't budge. Stretching our budget out alot ackually, we did finally get to an agreement. Never been to Della, great place to buy from. Felt relaxed and not pressured. Once I feel the hammer at other dealerships we have gotten up and walked out.

The Key Honda of Rutland is a bit of a drive, 1 hour and 40 minutes for us. The trip was definitely worth the effort. Staff responds courteously and quickly to all of our questions. The was no "pressure" to close the deal, it was up to us what we wanted. The dealer offered and delivered the car to our door once it was ready. We will definitely come back as buyers on our next vehicle and we definitely recommend the team at the Key Honda in Rutland..
