Had my car serviced at Bowser Hyundai in the South Hills. Austin was my service advisor, and he could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. My car was done in a timely manner and washed. I could not recommend Bowser and Austin more.

Unable to diagnose and fix steering rack issue - bssj

I took my 2011 CTS-V in for a steering issue several times. Showed them what it does, describe the issue in detail and they told me there were no issues. Informed me it was the wide tires and curvature of the road I was feeling. I also had radio reception issues which they said was most likely due to the antenna in the rear window being defective. Replaced my rear glass TWICE cause they messed it up the first time and it didn't even fix the issue. Ended up taking it to Baierl Cadillac and they diagnosed the steering issue within 20 min as an internal gear failure. Replaced steering rack and problem was solved. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
