The Lincoln dealership was willing to go 5k but the appraiser at Solomon’s only offered 1200 hundred. Big discrepancy between the two. But my wife got a car that she likes. It would be interesting, to me, to know what you sold my trade In for, even at the auction.

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Not a very good dealership. Will do whatever it takes to make money from you even if it means screwing you and putting you so upside down you can do nothing. Just beware and do your homework. My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled

They installed a defective part in my wife's car that had to be replaced the next day at another Ford dealer. Despite being provided the invoices for both replacements, they refuse to reimburse for the part or even return a phone call or email. Once you leave their lot, you are on your own.
