Took over 2 weeks to get my second key for my new truck. The. When we got our jeep the lady in finance ran my wife and my credit even tho I was the only one who signed to get a credit check. We had an appointment to see the jeep took them over 2 hours to get the jeep from Hermitage only 45 mins away. Then they had to deliver it to our house bc something they should of done the day before. I took my truck to get the second key programmed and had CEL. They said would take over 2 hours to just scan it. The. This all happened within a month span. Wish I could say I had a worse experience at a car dealer but this tops the chart for worse ever. Not they are dragging their feet to pay of my trade in.

The car we purchased for for my wife and Ernie was extremely helpful guiding her through the the process and helping decipher the technology that's available in the car. Just purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac srx.... I dreaded buying another car as I own another Cadillac 2014 XTS and here we go again with the torcher of buying another new car.... Dealt with Gary who is the head of sales for all of the Bowser stores and Michael at the Peters Twp.Cadillac store... Gary gave us the best price from the get go.... no game playing... harassing calls... just straight forward numbers to decide from the beginning... Had my car serviced at Bowser Hyundai in the South Hills. Austin was my service advisor, and he could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. My car was done in a timely manner and washed. I could not recommend Bowser and Austin more.

Unable to diagnose and fix steering rack issue - bssj
I took my 2011 CTS-V in for a steering issue several times. Showed them what it does, describe the issue in detail and they told me there were no issues. Informed me it was the wide tires and curvature of the road I was feeling. I also had radio reception issues which they said was most likely due to the antenna in the rear window being defective. Replaced my rear glass TWICE cause they messed it up the first time and it didn't even fix the issue. Ended up taking it to Baierl Cadillac and they diagnosed the steering issue within 20 min as an internal gear failure. Replaced steering rack and problem was solved. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
