We compared this new/used vehicle shopping experience to a variety of online trade sites, and we would hands down highly recommend this Wexford, Pa based Chevrolet dealership. My entire experience, although many people may have been involved the absolute star of the show was my salesperson Melinda. Before deciding on a dealership, I was on the phone with many, including some Chevy dealerships much closer to my house. Melinda was far and away the most interested, helpful and patient salesperson I talked to. Because buying a car can be very high stress, emotional, and heavy financial decision, I didn’t want to enter that environment and deal with someone who wasn’t interested in helping me. I didn’t come in with all the answers or know all the features on every trim that I wanted, so I needed someone with some willingness and patients to help me figure out what I’m going to be happy with.

I don't likie to give bad reviews, but this one is a long time coming. Do not buy a car here. I had issues at the start purchasing my Trailblazer 2023 new. They added on all kinds of extra charges, and did not tell me, rushed me through the process and when finished, my car payments were much higher than what they should have been. I managed to go through all the protocol to get my money back from them, but they gave it back. If you purchase, watch those extra fees! Secondly, my 2023 Trailblazer had to be towed to the closest chevy dealership to me (or it would cost me extra to have towed more than 25 miles) - we are on the second day, not looked at yet, and they won't give me a loaner until they look at the car. I understand they can be busy, but I need to be at work and no one will help me with a loaner. Not the chevy dealership I purchased from because I had it towed to the closest dealership, and not the chevy dealership its at now. If you need service or help with your vehicle, don't expect to get it. They promise you the world and give you nothing in return. A two year old car and now the transmission may not be any good. The car isn't used excessivly, as I work from home but two days a week and only use it locally. Unbelievable.

I was very interested a new car they had. Gave them all of my personal and financial info (including ss #) to start the buying process. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am to test drive the vehicle. Made the 310 mile, 5-hour round trip there ... and they sold the car ... less than one hour after confirming my appointment and asking for my social security number. Unreal.

Service was so bad they would not return my call on my 8speed trans.when as found out that a tsb was issued to fix my problem. I had another dealer perform the tsb. My trans is working as it should currently.

The undercoating we paid for was not done leading to rust, poor paint job, with rust a 2nd time. Owner not available to return call. If this prevention coverage was done as advertised this review would not exist.
