Erica, my salesperson, was absolutely wonderful — patient, upfront, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Ryan handled all the paperwork and warranty setup and made sure everything was explained clearly and done right. And a special shout-out to Mike in service, who gave my car a full inspection and even did an oil change while I waited. He caught a few issues the original selling dealer had missed, saving me time and stress. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly looks out for the customer, but Faulkner Cadillac absolutely does.
