Purchased a vehicle from here yesterday. 5 star experience from the sales associate Andrew and the finance manager Arianna. They were respectful and thoughtful and helped from start to finish to get me what I was looking for without pushing or pressing. They both went out of their way to give me the best deal they could and I will 100% be coming back here anytime I need another vehicle.

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. I purchased a Mazda 3 from Rosenthal, now that it is Priority they do not want to honor my complimentary oil changes. When I bought my Mazda I went with Rosenthal because of the offer of the lifetime complimentary oil changes and safety inspections. This was the main reason why I purchased my car from the dealership. I contacted the other Rosenthals dealerships in the area and now they are saying the Mazda Nissan was not part of Rosenthal they just used the name, so they will not honor anything. I have the paperwork to show this to both companies but they are just ignoring me. I now would not trust neither Rosenthal nor Priority at all.

Worst experience ever with a sales manager called Patrick. Please find Colton if anyone wants to make a purchase without pain. I am looking for stores to make a purchase for a new CX-5. While I made an online inquiry on Truecar, Colton called me but he can't compete with the other quotes I have on hand. He did send me a message and told me to feel free to reach him out anytime if I have any questions. I figured out the lower quotes I have on hand tend to ask for higher monthly payments, so I called Colton back, unfortunately, he is off. After I talked with a sales person over the phone, a manager called Patrick called me back. He tended to be aggressive on the phone call. Especially, when I asked the lease terms, he refused to give me lease terms unless I GIVE HIM MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. [He said it's their policy, they only can provide me the numbers after pulling my credit scores. Can't believe it's something happening in Lynchburg.] After I asked him to whether I can talk with another sales manager, he became very aggressive: he told me he was the only sales manager there, no matter I called there tomorrow, next day, next day, next day, he would be the only one. Eventually, (I was literally shaking at the other end of the phone), I asked him if I could talk to another salesperson, he refused. He told me they would give me the exactly same information. While I insisted to talk with another person, he started to not listen to me at all. He said thank you and hung up. I tried to call the Lynchburg Mazda back [trying to talk with someone to report my experience], I found out my number was blocked. I think my experience might not represent the average customer experiences, but it does show the business styles of Patrick. My only hope at here is he won't call me back with any curse words due to the review.
