We have purchased a couple of vehicles, always recommended them to family and friends for their vehicle needs! However, this past purchase experience has been like no other! My son purchased a new to him vehicle on August the 29th. Broke down on September 24th. Been in the shop a couple times before going in on November 21, where it has been since. Totaling 6 weeks! This week, we told we would be responsible for $139 an hour diagnostic fee until problem was found. After that it could be under our warranty or not as they are unsure as to what the problem may be. They encouraged him to trade it. I respect this as vehicles do have problems and I am sure the mechanics were knowledgeable and doing what they could. My problem is the way we told several times by management they would call us back and never did! I do understand how the value drops as soon as you drive off the lot but this was unreal! We had to repay the processing fees also! He did not drive the vehicle more than 4 weeks during the time he owned it. The is heartbreaking as a hometown dealership! That is what I had like the most about the dealership was their loyalty to family and customers! Boy, was I wrong!
