He was very good at keeping in contact with me as he worked with the warranty company, ordered the parts, and kept me updated on the work as it was being done. On the phone and in person, Jim and others were all very helpful. Compared with past experiences, this is by far the best. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse Melick on purchasing a new to me truck. I looked at a couple smaller mid size vehicles but I told Jesse that I really wanted a full size truck and the options I wanted. He showed me a few on the computer that met my requirements and promptly brought the one I selected to the showroom. He explained the features and operation of the essential functions before allowing me to test drive it. Once I decided to make the purchase, Jesse wrote up the deal and presented it to me for approval. It then went to finance who got me a pretty good rate and completed the sale. The truck was detailed before I took possession. Overall the entire process was fantastic and stress free. Thanks Jesse for the professionalism and courtesy during the entire process.

Jason was a great salesman. He treated me really good. But that is where the good stopped. They sold me a $90 thousand dolllar 2023 Yukon that had the bad 6.2 engine. I traded for a ‘$46000 dollar ‘26 Terrain, after driving it 100 miles, it wobbled so bad it was hard to keep in your lane. They put axles on it and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Jason Moses or The GM had NO REMORSE at all for selling me two bad GMC’s they did not care that I lost $22,000 with them in 18 months time. They did nothing to help me heal up from my loss. I would NOT recommend them at all.

I have owned 7 Subarus. The car is great. However, my recent experience with John Howard has turned me away. I was shopping for an electric vehicle, initially offered an amazingly low price on a 3-year- lease with my trade-in. However, after waiting for them to reboot their computers as a result of a ransom ware hack, the payment amount had tripled. I am not sure if they are incompetent, greedy, or inexperienced, but I will not deal with this dealership again. The original John Howard's service was great! the new owner's service was disappointing. The salesman was courteous and respectful, but I am disappointed in the dealership. Subaru has lost a loyal customer.

To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an understatement!! I was hoping to purchase a new Frontier Pro4X. Dan Henshaw is not a man of his word plain and simple. Matt Pugh Executive Manager never called me to discuss. I would stay away from making an out of town purchase from them. My credit score I see from TransUnion is 75 points higher than the report they pulled! I offered to have my wife co sign who has stellar credit but Dan Henshaw told me they really don’t want the deal and there are too many “Red Flags” on my file and they simply don’t want to do the deal on their truck. My reviews like this are seen by thousands of people. My wife and Son already have 18 month leases on these beautiful trucks. On our return from Louisville Kentucky to eastern Pennsylvania, we had the misfortune to have engine trouble near Charleston West Virginia on Memorial Day. I researched several Nissan dealerships in the area and found Love Nissan to be closest to where we stopped for the day. I took the car to them first thing the next day, with no prior appointment. Staff was friendly and courteous and showed me to the waiting area. Within half an hour the service staff came and gave me the bad/good news. Bad news, it was the transmission. Good news, it was covered under the Nissan CVT extended warranty. Love Nissan had already arranged for a free rental car and they rental company was on its way to pick me up. Communication from Love Nissan service was great. They received the transmission the next day (Wednesday) and kept me advised, and by the end of the day on Thursday it was installed and the car was available for pick up. I was not able to leave until late Friday for pick up on Saturday in the AM. Service is not open on Saturday, but they made arrangements for me to pick up the vehicle from the sales staff, who were also very helpful. No extra costs occurred, just a job well done. We are very grateful to Ms. Wiley and the staff of Love Nissan for taking care of this issue as professionally and fast as they did, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others who need assistance far from home or locally.
