Took my car in to repair the AC. It was to be kept for several days so I had to wait for my husband to come pick me up which was going to take a hour. The owner saw that I had been sitting there awhile. He introduced himself and then introduced us to Mr. Thomas Cayton. Those two are quite a pair as salesmen. The service was great and Mr. Cayton was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this Chevrolet dealership for purchase of a new car or for service. There is no other car than a Chevrolet. Make sure you are looking to buy a car before you meet up with the sales team of Cayton and Phelps. They are excellent.

Blake was very helpful and professional. We had driven 2 hours to look, and test drive the Yukon. When we arrived, it was sitting out front. We were not disappointed in the vehicle nor the assistance we received during the whole experience. Oh, and going to Ribeyes for supper was an added bonus! Not only can Blake sell a vehicle, but he also has great taste in food. :-)

It saddens me to have to write this because I was treated - Ha62000

It saddens me to have to write this because I was treated well the last time I was there. The service department has changed in that little bit of time I took my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation only to find out later that the tire rotation was not done. But I was never told this the only way I found out was I took a look at my paperwork work only to see that they wrote that the rotation was not done because they didn't have the wheel lock key. Ok I didn't have the key in the cup holder however I was at the dealership they could have just asked for it but they chose to skip the service.… wrong wrong wrong. What if one of the tires were defected dangerous on their part I called to speak to a manager and he did return my call but we missed each other I called back the next day and left a message for him never got a call back. So I called the service department back and not in these exact words but I was told I got what I paid for. But that's not what I made the service for I don't think I'll be using them anymore I can't trust them. It's just amazing how they will ring your phone off the hook begging you to come in and then treat you like garbage all I will say is if you go here walk around your vehicle going in and walk around when it comes out check your paperwork before you leave
