We visited Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep, LLC yesterday, Aug. 28th 2025. We were greeted with a smiling face of a sales person (Candle) she was very in tuned to the business she answered everything we asked of her, we got all the information did a test drive , after which we purchased the car and I loved the way she treated us. Thank you, Candle, I love my car.

Paid $179 for a presale inspection. - david

Paid $179 for a presale inspection. Was told the front brakes were less than 3mm and it needed rotors also. Was also told the oil pan was leaking. Was given prices for both repairs. 10 days later after purchasing the Jeep, Was told by another jeep dealer that the oil pan was fine and the brake pads were 7mm and 8 mm and the rotors were fine. I have not seen one drop of oil in the driveway or garage. Either Big O is incompetent OR they are scam artists. I would never do business with them again. Additionally, the engine light went on yesterday and after having another dealer investigate, was told there was almost no oil in the engine. Obviously, Big O never checked that in their inspection.

Called on September the 5th 2025 (called on three different occasions even left a voicemail on one of them) they didn't return my call had some questions about my vehicle about safety of driving to the facility for a faulty transmission. As of now I'm still waiting on them to call. This is not the first instance I've ran into with this facility. They have the stigma I believe that once the vehicle is off the light the customer is no longer valid. It's really sad that a Dodge dealership in this day and time would not even return a voicemail I did leave the phone number. But as of yet I have not heard anything from them I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere yet this is the closest place to my home again I may have a faulty transmission and it may be safe to drive I'm not sure I was wanting to talk to a technician about the issue I would even give him $20 if they would just call me but it is later on on a Friday afternoon so I guess they stop off early once again it's really sad I do not recommend.. !!!
