I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ashley & Alana over at JC Lewis Ford back in December of 2025. It was a very good experience, all in all. Communication was great, replies were almost instantaneous. I made the trip from Louisiana to Savannah to purchase a F150 Platinum that was fairly difficult to find elsewhere. When I arrived at the dealership, the entire staff was very professional, and welcoming. The entire transaction took very little time, from when I arrived, to when I finished in financing, and drove off. Though it is quite a distance from me, I would certainly consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future if at all feasible. I recommend you stop by them before shopping other dealerships (I had communications with several during this process... some downright awful, so it was refreshing to walk away having a pleasant buying experience). Very happy with my truck, Ashley & Alana, Nichole in financing, and the process, as a whole. Thanks again!

I ended up calling my dealer Tom Landry who got did it in a flash. Why is it so hard for me? He actually listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The whole process felt way more relaxed than I expected when buying a vehicle. Everything was explained clearly — pricing, financing, all of it — and there were no surprise twists. That alone made a huge difference. Honestly, the biggest thing I can say is this: I’ve never owned a Ford before, and I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Phil. This might be premature, but... sales team was good and the service team has been great. I have a mechanical issue with the 2025 new Expedition and the automatic windows not staying up. This has not been addressed adequately, so I have escalated it to the general manager from whom I cannot get a response. My fear is this is ongoing and something that will never be fixed in which case I will have a much bigger claim.

Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.

First visit to find and repair a bad bearing in the drive train didn't go exactly as planned. I used the service survey to express my concern. A few days later the service manager called and took charge of getting my 1999 F150 diagnosed and repaired. Between the service tech, the mechanic and the service manager, service continued to ben5 star. GOOD JOB Guys!

Great experience my sales person was Michael and would have to say he went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. I was told after talking with him they didn't have the the car I was looking for rather than trying to sell me on a car they had he went out of his way to find the exact car I was wanting, brought it into the dealership the next day and we completed our transaction. Extremely happy with Michael his courteous and personal attention to myself and my wife is just not expected in today's environment. I would highly recommend Hodges Ford and especially recommend Michael as a sales person. I have only had my car for 3 days now so I cant speak to there service but if it is good as there sales and finance staff I'm sure it will be great.

they charged $1500 to my 80 year old mother to fix gear shift in 2013 ford edge. she made it home and it locked up in park for good.i added an oil change and checked and no oil change but she got charged.they ran a full tank of gas out.these people are crooks and the will get there.you will get robbed here.this rater made me give this business one star
