Authelia & Pete Minervini We had a terrific experience today when purchasing our 1st electric vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. From the moment we approached the showroom we were welcomed by staff ready & willing to assist us at our own pace. After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. While on the phone Grace & her manager went above & beyond to offer us an exceptional deal on an even better replacement vehicle. When we arrived at dealership, Grace was occuppied with another customer. So we waited comfortably in an atmosphere that is professional peaceful & effectively streamlined. Grace is absolutely amazing at her job, efficient, honest & very thorough, we appreciate these attributes in our world today. Since Grace's customers were taking longer then expected, John stepped in, another gem, John was informative personable & well organized. In fact every step of the way, ALL staff were extremely energy efficient like the car we purchased! Great Job done at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet on this 4th of July, Independence Day. I'm in Delray Beach FL, 3.5 hours from Vann Gannaway. The local dealers that had or in transit the Trax were tacking on bogus fees of $2k-$3K over MRSP for dent protection, extra dealer fees, etc in addition to the standard prep fee of $1K. I refused to pay over MSRP. Someone on the Chevy trax forum recommended Vann Gannaway and many reviews mentioned Jayme as salesperson. I called him and I honestly didn't believe there were no additional fees and even the dealer's prep was only $484. He emailed me the info, had a yellow trax in stock, and within the week I wired the $, drove up 3.5 hrs and drove back with the yellow trax. Transaction was flawless. Too bad we don't live closer. I HIGHLY recomend this dealership !!!! And all the employees there were so friendly. I'm also from Long Island, NY and this was by far the best dealer experience ever.
