Do yourself a favor and skip the other dealerships. I wasted a day and a half going to other dealerships that were unwilling to work with us and trying to scam as much money out of us as possible. Visiting Subaru of North Tampa was a breath of fresh air. Phenomenal staff and service, every part of this experience was a joy. I will be coming back here for any vehicles in the future. I worked with Tyler Cole on trading in out 2020 Outback for a 2025, He never pressured us over the couple of months we texted and finally came up with a great deal for us, for a color Outback we wanted. He was straight forward on getting us the best deal for our trade in and new car financing, and never pushed us into extra's, at the dealership we worked with Tony on financing and he also never pushed extra products/services on us, just explained them well and offered them to us. It seems the manager that day was also top notch on making sure we were happy with the sale. I highly recommend this dealership, Tyler for a salesman and if you get Tony for finance you will be happy with the process. Always had great experience with service and our service rep Merlyn.

Having worked in the auto business, I am on to the gimmicks and tricks that dealers pull on customers. This is the most transparent and painless transaction I have had in Florida. A simple call to Ed Santiago to discuss a new lease and we drove away a few days later in our 2025 Outback. The car was nicely detailed and my wife loved the beautiful pearl white paint with ivory leather interior. The sales manager introduced himself (Eli Eid) and said he would do what it would take to make a deal. He was true to his word. I would highly recommend Subaru of Westley Chapel if you are looking for great experience. I hope the service department meets the same criteria and offers great service. Time will tell.
