Ok my hats off to this team! I would like to start with Matt Lamb sales manager, he worked with me throughout the process even when I made at times unrealistic demands! Matt you set the tone for this dealership and it shows through your constent professionalism, I can tell this dealership is trying to change the stigma tied to Auto Sales dealers and Matt Lamb leads that team. James hurt in sales, he would be my go to guy for a vehicle, he ask me if I would like pictures/video of the vehicle I was interested in without me even asking. Our test drive was just that our test drive, James allowed my wife I to ask questions of him with no high pressure sales tactics! James is a very well spoken professional and personal person oh and a 49ers fan! A shout out to Stephen Nguala for laughing at my jokes a listening to me rant at times over the phone. Last but not least is CJ in finance, CJ is a warm and caring person, you can tell he enjoys what he is doing and is very accommodating, allowing my wife and I to review all the sales documents in private so my wife and I could understand what we were signing prior to closing the sale. I gave this team a run for there money I'm very outspoken, eccentric at times and borderline crazy! my way or the highway attitude, this team lead by Matt, continued to stay steady to work the deal through even with my outlandish tactics to get a good deal. Three representatives LIED to me about a "DOC FEE" saying that the State of Alabama charged $799 to transfer the title. The car died 45 minutes after I left the dealership, so I went to DMV and they said they do not get that money, they couldn't refund it. I left messages and even went in person and no one would help me with this at Mitsubishi Birmingham. This is an awful and deceptive merchant. Caveat Emptor....

I had been trying for a week to get a hold of another dealership that was closer to my house...With no one responding to emails or voice mails. I sent Victory an email and within the hour I received an email from Brad and within 30 minutes of that Savannah had called me to set up an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived Rick helped me get my paperwork started and before I knew it Paul had finished up programming my keys. Everyone was so polite and friendly. I will drive the extra few miles south to have my Vue worked on by a group of people that are more than happy to help you. I will absolutely be returning to Victory and will recommend them to everyone I know.

This establishment will accept your payment without hesitation. Two weeks ago, I purchased a truck from them, and within a week of using it for work, my check engine light illuminated, and I received an engine and reduced power notification. Despite purchasing a diesel vehicle, their emissions system is currently malfunctioning. I contacted the warranty company they recommended, but their response was unsatisfactory. They had a 1.6 rating on the Better Business Bureau. When I attempted to address the issue of my truck’s unusability after investing tens of thousands of dollars with them, they informed me that they would modify my warranty and then disconnected the call. A few days later, I received a call from a mechanic shop that collaborates with them. They agreed to fix the problem, but I would be responsible for the repair costs. They made no offer to rectify their shortcomings or provide any assistance. Their behavior was utterly indifferent and irresponsible, and I will never purchase a truck from them again. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this establishment.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and patience of Tom Morgan who work to help us understand all the wonderful things about our new car.
