Purchased my car there in 2014. Was very satisfied with that experience. Have used their service department twice. I'm not very impressed. The last visit was to comply with several recalls. In total there were about 10 book hours of work. Meaning a bit over a days work. It took them 5 and that was after I pushed. The service rep then tried to tell me how I was getting several thousands of dollars of work performed at Ford's expense! Come on dude, it's recall work because Ford screwed up. For a base line, I started my mechanics career out as a Ford dealership mechanic! I moved into aviation maintenance many years ago but I have a pretty good understanding of how thing work.i also visited their parts department a couple of weeks ago to see about a replacement part. The quoted price was ridiculous! I purchased it from another dealer for half the price. If you're looking for service or parts, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made all the difference. The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional, and by the end of the day, I knew I had walked away with a fantastic deal. This experience reaffirmed that I’ll never go back to a corporate-owned dealership again. I absolutely love my brand-new Ford F-150, and I’m looking forward to working with the service department in the future. If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.
