If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

We took our F-250 diesel to this dealership because we had heard our friends bragging about the friendly and professional treatment they had been receiving at Hallmark Ford. We will now be the ones bragging on Hallmarks service from this point on. We had taken my f-250 to other repair shops previously and had very mixed results. That was not the case at Hallmark we are 100% satisfied and will return.

Bought a 2012 king ranch from premier in October 2017 they refused to give me any history on the truck .. Had to replace the crankshaft seal they put in it along with the fuel rail which found out after purchase truck been towed 7 times since purchase ... Stan grunnels told me in July after the truck quit that if I towed it from Florida to there shop he would trade me out of it ... Got it to him and he once again refuse to offer any help other than it was not his problem and he wasn't gonna touch the truck again .... Still owe 26 k on the truck had to buy another truck to travel for work now we are having to pay for both vehicles ... At this point the only help i want from them is to buy the lemon they sold me back or pay to have the engine repaured in it and I will continue to pay for it .... Just a lol help Stan wasn't asking for a full refund by any means . we have only put 22k miles on this truck .it had been towed 7 times ... In 10 months ....
