July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. What a terrific experience. My salesman Eddie Shorter blew every negative misconeception of a car salesman out of the water. He was pleasant,extremely knowledgeable,and he made our deal happen. He anticipated every issue we had as my Mom is a senior. He catered to her needs,ambulatory,comfort,and while doing our paperwork.I cannot say enough great things about him but to sum it all up He is a genuinely good man. Finance manager was terrific as well. It was quick,forthright,and experienced. He was a pleasant person that was supportive and explained everything well. This experience has made me a lifetime customer. I encourage everyone to experience the Grey Daniel's difference,where you are treated with respect,kindness ,and love. Ordered a truck from them and when it came in they increased the price by 6k. I asked to see the invoice from the factory and the increase was less than $1000. This was very bad con job.I came in in good faith to deal honestly and pay for what I ordered but this dealership was very dishonest. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

They were great till there was a problem. They sold me the Chevy cargo mats. I wanted to have them installed and they said it was really easy so I took them home when I got home. I lined everything up. Follow the directions exactly and found the two of the holes had metal behind them. I took them down to the dealership. They looked at it and agreed that the holes were not there that there was metal behind it. It was the right mat, but it didn’t fit. I was told to call customer support. I did explained everything to them. they said it was the dealers responsibility. I called the dealer. They said it was Chevy‘s responsibility. Chevy said it was the dealers responsibility after all of this back-and-forth. I still have holes in the back of my seats and a liner that does not fit. I spoke with a managers at Turan Foley Chevrolet and they Try to convince me that it was my fault and they didn’t need to do anything because I’d already done all my research. I just let them think that I’m tired and don’t know what to do from here. I’m not sure if I can load pictures, but if I can, all six of the holes are lined up perfectly and the one hole that is shown in the pictures will not lineup. The pencil mark is where the actual hole is I was able to find it, but it won’t line up at all.

Sorry, this is a bit of a repeat. Forgot that I'd reviewed 6 years ago, but anyway, we continue to have great service from the Buicks we bought here, and still recommend this good dealer. An update, my sister and her husband have bought 3 Hondas here over the years, and are always complimentary of the scheduled routine service they receive.
