Over promised and under delivered !! Dropped vehicle off for Svc and repair needed under extended warranty, was promised with diagnostics and call to warranty for a rental three times. After two weeks with no diagnosis I picked up vehicle took elsewhere.

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.
