My GMC Salesperson is Dan Fleming, been buying from him for years, personable, knowledgeable and will take the time needed for all your concerns when buying/leasing. I wouldn’t do business with any other dealership at this point. Service is great! And so is the Service Dept., with Bill and all at the service desk, employees, they aim to please and get it right!!

This dealership experience was one of the best I've ever had and I've purchased a few vehicles over the years. It was impressive from the beginning from getting to know the history of the dealerships to actually meeting and chatting with the President of the dealership Ms. Janelle Ross. The salesperson Bill was very personable and didn't mind me asking questions about the car. He wasn't too pushy and was so down to earth. They were very accommodating once I made my purchase helping to make sure I was able to get my vehicle once I purchased it. Ian was great. Will did a nice job explaining some of the paperwork. It was well worth the trip from Cincinnati to Centerville. They are highly. recommended if you're looking for a vehicle. Bob Ross Buick GMC is great!

Wasn’t crazy about speaking to someone not even at dealership. Was expecting to meet with person I was talking to. When arrived at dealership a unknown person stepped in. Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. He was able to overcome my distrust and sale went smoothly. Thanks

Apparently since my last review, all of the staff has been replaced. I took my Acadia in for repair, back glass was leaking. I have owned this vehicle from new until now. The factory warranty has expired but I have an extended warranty. I was told they found the leak but I need to take it to a glass shop and give the warranty info. The glass shop will not accept the warranty. The glass shop, which SVG utilizes, said that SVG should do the claim and the glass shop will do the repair. SVG gets paid by the warranty company, the glass shop is paid by SVG. I'll be using a different service department/dealership in the future. I've utilized SVG/Gusweiler for many years, time for a change.

Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.
