We had a wonderful experience with Auto Savvy in Fishers, IN. I’ll be honest, I was a little scared at first. However, we worked with Gage and Andrew. Both of these guys were able to help us with all of our questions. We spent a week texting and visiting the store. We drove our van to Florida the day we bought it. This van was amazing on our trip. We are so happy with our purchase and will go back there in the future when we need vehicles for our kids. Wonderful place to buy a vehicle.

My experience at Ed Martin Buick GMC was fantastic. Jeremy was incredible to work with. He listened to what we wanted and what we said we didn’t want. He was thorough when going through paperwork as well. Corey in finance made that part of buying the car far more enjoyable than it typically is. Because Ed Martin hadn’t had the vehicle we were purchasing long enough to have it detailed, Jeremy had it taken care of for us and followed up while we waited. Not to Jeremy’s fault but we did have to wait over and hour for the vehicle to be detailed, which seems excessive. It started out at a 15min wait and just kept going. This is the only reason I took a star off.

Great Experience from start to finish! We went in to look for a larger SUV and decided to test drive a few. Sam was the Salesman that we worked with and he was Fantastic! He had patience with us as we looked at several vehicles- it was extremely cold outside which didn't make it enjoyable but he didn't complain! He was very open about the process, worked a great deal with us and was never pushy! We will be back to Sam for any of our new vehicles needs! The Finance Manager, Mike, was also great! He went through everything with us step by step and was easy to talk to! Stanley will be our go to from now on!

Everyone was absolutely awesome!! Nice, courteous and very helpful to my needs and wants. Brad, my salesman and Ryan, my loan officer are two of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met! I only had, and still have one issue. I was told I’d be getting a second key to my 2021 Toyota RAV 4 Limited. I had an appointment to get a key made, but I had to end up paying for the key myself, which wasn’t cheap. I feel ALL vehicles should come with two keys due to the possibility of one being lost. I was also told that they’d still work on getting me the second original key, which would give me three keys total, this would be nice and I hope they’ve found it and or is still working on it. Please contact me at (317) 213-3476 with any information about the second original key, as I’d like to have it as well.
