The dealership is spacious and has a large waiting area and it appears very clean service section. I was particularly impressed by the interactive Model Interest Sales Screen that you could select the model and type of payment method and find out how much the vehicle would cost depending on the model. The dealership is in a great location and easy to get to from the adjoining highways or Grand River. We really enjoyed working with Eric who patiently answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable with the vehicle lineup. We appreciated him letting us test drive the two models we were interested in and when we finally completed all the paperwork showed us in person many of the features of the new car that we wanted to know about as it's our first Nissan purchase. Rishi Varmon was very knowlegeable also and helped us figure out various financing alternatives. He was also patient and answered all of our questions appropriately.

When we walked into the store, Brandon Harvey greeted us and gave us space to look at a couple cars without feeling pressured. I have never leased and/or financed before and I truly could not have asked for a better associate to help me along the way. Not only was he immensely patient while I made this big decision, he was accommodating and understood my needs and what I wanted. I am absolutely loving the Nissan Rogue that I chose and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new car to check here first. I can’t speak for all of their associates but Brandon was my guy and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Okay, I normally don't have any complaints at this dealership, but seriously, xxx! The General Manger just called a meeting with all the service staff while there is a waiting room of people waiting for their vehicles being serviced! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I should add that Tracy and the service staff here are awesome and the reason I utilize this dealership for service. It's the manager who needs a lesson in customer service. The service staff gets five out of five stars.
