I walked into Wheelers Chevrolet and Connor greeted me so politely. Told him what I was interested in as We sat down at his desk. He offered me a beverage. He took me for 2 test drives, a z71 2025 new traverse, and a LT traverse. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My husband was not with me. I made an appt to bring my husband next day. We did test drives and picked the the Z71. No pressure at all like some dealerships we have been too. Everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable.. Cody took our info down for the finance aspect. Very professional and knowledgeable. The paperwork went very smooth. We will always go to Wheelers as our experience was top notch.

i was very pleased to see the exact truck I was looking for on Wheelers website and have to say it was a very easy process from first call to driving away in my new truck. They were very thorough with explaining all the accessories it came with and were quick to answer any questions. They also helped install the SiriusXM radio. They contacted me for the next couple weeks to make sure all was going well with the truck. When I did have an issue with the truck, they were quick to help fix the problem, and I need to say I truly appreciate them working with me and during the whole time telling me they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. They were true to their word, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealer that you can trust.

This would be a zero rating if i could. Last week I contacted them about a truck they had for sale. We got all the way down to the point where we had an agreed upon price. I told them on Friday at 3:17 in the afternoon that my wife and I will talk it over and let them know. I got back to them on Saturday and told them we would take it. I then got an email from Delaney Pierce, their "business manager" stating that they had two test drives they needed to honor which shocked me. I wrote back to her and told her i will send a down payment now. She did not respond so i called her back. She stated that she must honor the test drives scheduled for today. That is total hogwash. I had the offer and I was wanting to put down my deposit before any test drives. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and never had a more downer experience. One would think, the test drivers would of been told it was sold. I asked a local dealer and he said that they probably had a family member or "Pillar of the community" interested. Delaney also was rude on the phone and lied to me several times, the first being that we had been in contact for several weeks about the truck, which we were not, it wasn't even a week. She also stated that these people were local and i was from out of town..to which i responded, "what does that matter?" My wife and I ended up taking Friday off to come and pick up the truck and they knew that. If you are from out of town, stay away from this dealership. If i would of read all the reviews sooner, I would not have contacted them at all. Live and learn. MIke

Toby is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met in the auto accessories field. He is very knowledgeable and gives the best available options out there to meet your accessory needs. He is full of great advice! (He told me that the "Redline" accents on my new Traverse were really "cool" when I talked to him about removing them and he was right, they are!) He was willing to help me in any way if I wanted to change anything. Finally, I would like to say how impressed I was that the owner, AJ Stark, took the time and answered the phone when my husband called inquiring about a new vehicle. He was very efficient and involved in our purchase. I feel we couldn't have gotten the deal we received anywhere in the area! I Love our new 2018 Chev Traverse Redline! Josh in service is Excellent and looks out for his customers. All work we have ever had done at Brennegan W.S. was prompt, satisfactory and we have never had a problem with any of their work. What more can you ask for? It is a pleasure to take our vehicles to them. Even without an appointment we have stopped and were taken in within a reasonable time. Comfortable waiting room and coffee and snacks available no extra cost. We live over 50 miles from West Salem but take our vehicles to them for oil changes and service. We also use our local dealer as both do satisfactory work-go to the one most convenient at the time, as wife doctors at Mayo and it is on the way.

Really impressed! Purchased a heavy duty Chev truck with dump box after months of trying to locate one. Jon Solie was FANTASTIC to work with. Had the new truck price and the trade in value worked out in 1 day. Gave a very fair price for the truck we traded in and was so easy to work with. Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in??? I loved the vehicle, so they let me put $500 down and brought it back for detailing. Then a few days later, they delivered it right to my home!! I can't say enough about Von Holzen!! My husband is in the hospital and he can't stop talking about Von Holzens service to all of the staff. He couldn't believe how they took care of me! They are definitely a company that prioritizes their customers!!
