My wife and I recently bought a GMC Acadia AT4 from Rizza Cadillac GMC, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we reached out online to the day we drove off in our new car, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Mary Mansour called us to set up our appointment, and she was a joy to work with! She was incredibly flexible with our schedule and made everything so easy. Honestly, I was expecting a typical high-pressure sales pitch, but Mary was refreshing and a big reason we decided to visit Rizza GMC in the first place. When we arrived, we were introduced to Anthony Rizza, who was super friendly and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and our budget. We were both really impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and all their options. As first-time GMC owners, we felt welcomed and excited about our choice! And then came the part that usually makes people nervous—the sales and financing process. But not at Rizza! Anthony and his team made that part incredibly smooth and stress-free. We can’t say enough good things about how impressed we were with the entire process, especially with how Anthony took care of us. As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciate great client interaction, and I’m so grateful we had both Mary and Anthony to guide us through everything. I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.

Always a quality experience , Shirey has the most direct honest helpful staff out there mostly 5 star customer service at Shirey that keeps me coming here. These folks help you take care of your car , they dont rob or take advantage quite the opposite, I find them to be consistent honest brokers over 7 years in these confusing days of lies

I used Cars.com to look at vehicles. I found what I was looking for at Napleton Oak Lawn. The General Manager, Russ reached out to me based on my inquiry. He is very responsive and answered my questions. He provided me with updates to the inventory and made it easy to schedule time to check out the vehicle. Both Russ and Kevin were awesome with work with. Kevin showed me the vehicle of interest and answered all my questions. Highly recommend working this team if you are looking for a Cadillac.
