Buyer Beware! Run From This Dealer I made the mistake of buying a used car online from this dealer. In my opinion they lied about the condition, doing any type of inspection, and have not lived up to any of their promises in 6 months, not a single offer of help. The car they sold me didn’t even have working seatbelts in all seats. I think this may even be illegal to sell a car like that. Their answer to me was that I should call some junkyards to find replacement seatbelts. The rear brake light was not working, they told me to buy a new one and they would reimburse me, to date they have not. I asked if the car had rust, I was told many times no, the car in fact has rust. The rear doors leak when it rains. The gear shifter is so loose it feels like it will fall off, they told me this is normal. And of course, the air conditioning didn’t work. These are just the major problems they refuse to address. Jim Kroll, General Manager has said the problems would be addressed but none of them ever have been. I am not alone, don’t take my word for it, see other people who have had the same experience.

We bought a car for my son after he totaled his SUV. I was given 2 prices. One price with brakes and one price with brakes and tires. I was told they would not sell it without new brakes. We bought the car with brakes and tires so we knew he was safe after just having a horrible wreck. Fast forward a year and a half later and about 5,000 miles. I had to pay to have brakes put on the car. I will never buy another car there or have any car serviced there!
