Some vending machines would improve the experience. Right now, there's only a coffee machine. If you need to work, there's a bar you can place you computer on. Overall experience with the service is good.

I was treated with respect, and did not feel pressured at all. We reached an extremely fair price for the vehicle and the interest rate. Had a terrible experience with this dealership this afternoon. They have no respect for your time or trust. I confirmed multiple times, including the morning of my appointment and just before starting my drive to the dealership, that the Mazda I was interested in was available and that on-site inspections were allowed. After driving an hour and bringing my mechanic, the sales associate first told me inspections weren’t allowed, then admitted the car had actually been sold this morning. Mind you, someone from their team had messaged me 10 minutes before I arrived at the dealership that they were ready for my appointment. The manager then came to talk to us. He just blamed the online team and the website instead of taking any responsibility or even apologizing for giving us straight up wrong information. I ended up wasting time and money on my mechanic who had traveled to the lot. The experience felt very disrespectful. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before going in.
