Looking to buy online? Do it. I have never purchased a vehicle without looking the sales manager in the eye and driving the vehicle first, so it was a bit of a hyperventilating first step. That said, John, Jerry, Carmen, and Kayla made it easy -- as did Kelsi, the finance manager. Ever spend hours in the finance officer's office doing paperwork? Won't happen when you buy online. I had been researching vehicles for a while, drove some of them locally, and then purchased this one that matched what I was looking for. The team answered all my questions, gave me a reasonable deal, and delivered it the same day -- over 200 miles away! When they arrived, I drove it, signed the papers, and they returned home. Done deal. Easiest vehicle transaction I have ever experienced --- and I have purchased a lot of them.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Don't ever get in house financing with these people. If you are military, dealers at Lynn Alexander will treat you like a sucker! I had limited credit experience. But they suckered me into in house financing with a 27% interest rate for a 5 year loan on a car that depreciated significantly after driving it off the lot! I didn't know anything about that stuff only that It was my first year in the military and had limited credit. They were more than willing to help xxxx me over!

We drove 4 hrs, one way, to get our truck. It was worth every mile. I went to the Dealer to (Purchase) a 2011 Buick Regal that day. His price was to high so I looked elsewhere and found a better deal $3000.00 less. The dealer then called me and I informed him I found a better deal in San Antonio and I was going with that. He then asked me why I didn't tell him about the better deal. Yet, I sat in his office for an hour or so trying to negotiate a better price. He came back with his price highlighted at the same price. What do you expect from a buyer? He got irrate told me I wasted his time and good luck going to get my new car.

My wife and I called about a new Wagoneer today and was told it would be sold at MSRP. We asked what it would take to hold it for us to drive from Andrews to Monahans to which we were told $1k. We gave the deposit, drove over there, and then their GM Johnathan Jimenez said if I wanted it we had to pay over $4k above MSRP because they had that offered. Sadly enough, I gave the deposit to buy it and get there but he claimed it was to hold it only not to hold the price. What he doesn’t know is that he told the salesman it was at list price and I heard him say it. His explanation was “it’s business.” They took the deposit via phone and when I asked to return it they said the card had to be present. Finally after some persistence, the money was returned. He’s a real piece of work and I wouldn’t recommend him or the dealer for anything.
