I wanted to upgrade to a new CX-70 and I went in with the expectation that we would not be able to make a deal. They went out of their way to make it happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable and well-informed about the car and all of its features. He explained everything clearly and confidently, answering all of our questions with ease. What stood out the most was his professionalism - he was well spoken, articulate and had a no-pressure approach to sales. We felt an immediate connection with him even though we are decades apart in age. He made us feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. I had a recall on my Mazda and was notified to bring it in. I made an appointment and brought my car in. The gentleman who assisted, Ulysses Gaytan, was kind and helpful. I left my car there overnight, they did the repairs. When I came back, they let me have my car without trying to upsell me on anything and like that, I was off. It was a great experience.
