I have used Marin County Ford since about 2001 when I bought my new Ranger. They just did some major service on my F150 due to the fact that rodents had chewed up a bunch of wiring. Took a a while, but they did an excellent job.

Great experience purchasing my first electric car. Nobody in the north bay had a Mustang Mach E except Napa had a four Erin answered my call and we met the next morning. I believe she came in a couple hours early to meet me. She also came in on her day off to finalize the sale. Great work ethics. Thank you Erin and the rest of the team. I love my new Mach E. Laurie

Omitted the value on the carfax report. - Not impressed

Omitted the value on the carfax report. Incredibly rude, impatient and pushy. Acted like they did me a big favor meeting the price of a higher end car. Hassled me to pay when I told them it was beyond my control yet started my recover device as though it was a done deal prior to my purchase, also charged more than agreed upon for said device. Told me the sludge/haze on my navigation just “needed to be cleaned” why wouldn’t they?? Because it was in fact a damaged screen. The “warranty” was of no use but it was a fun treat to learn my oil plug is the wrong size, too tight and might crack my oil pan when removed. Nonstop and inappropriate contact until the deal was made, then absolute crickets when confronting them with issues/concerns. Go almost anywhere else.
