This dealership reminded me of dealerships 30 years ago. They will try anything (legal or not) to get a sale. Horrible dealership. I called about a used car before I drove 2 hours to see it. The photos and ad said it had never been in an accident in great condition and the car was still available. I arrived to be shown a car in the back row for junk. That is after walking through hundreds of cars to get there. Sound like bait and switch? The car had been hit on every side and didn't even run. Obviously not the car pictured in the ad. The salesman had the nerve to ask if there was another car I saw that I would like to see. I replied, even if I did I wouldn't buy it here. STAY AWAY!!!! More

Beware of purchasing the extended warranty, they trick you into purchasing a 3yr warranty. But god forbid you ever need repairs done at service center. I went in for a simple oil change and they tricked m you into purchasing a 3yr warranty. But god forbid you ever need repairs done at service center. I went in for a simple oil change and they tricked me into getting my cars control arms fixed which the warranty would cover. After this visit my car was never the same they ruined a car that drove perfectly fine. I’ve since had to return 3 times to have the control arms repaired & each time they billed the warranty compant over $2k each time. They ruined my car, anytime i had a legit mechanical issue an Employee by the name of Sasha in the service department would lie and tell me he had to order the parts and would call me when they came in only to never call. The service center and its employees are very deceptive. *Buyers Beware* Never purchase any warranty from this company and def dont have your car repaired here all they want to do is control arm repairs and scam. More

Major World have the tendency to commit FRAUD. THEY SOLD ME A WARRANTY THAT DOESN'T GIVE ME SERVICES INDICATED IN CONTRACT. I leased a 2017 Malibu from Major. Turned in my Malibu and leased a Trax. Dealer committed to pay the termination fee. That was 8 months ago. Numerous calls to dealer advising termination fee was not paid and leased a Trax. Dealer committed to pay the termination fee. That was 8 months ago. I'll pay the fee the dealer comitted to pay and never return to Major. More
