I made my third Subaru Outback purchase from Subaru of Jacksonville this week and while I didn't think they could get any better they somehow have done just that! I went in to take an Outback on a test dr Jacksonville this week and while I didn't think they could get any better they somehow have done just that! I went in to take an Outback on a test drive with Michaela Griffis and while I loved the way it handled, I wasn't sold on the color. Michaela scurried off and came back with a newer model with everything I was looking for including the color I had in mind. A short test driver later and I found myself signing the paperwork under the guidance of one of their fantastic financial experts, AJ. After entering the dealership we met with Kimberly Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look a Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look at and we told her we were looking at the Crosstrek. She listened to us and showed us three different Crosstreks and explained the differences between the vehicles. She did not rush us to make a decision and made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided on the Crosstrak Sport and purchased it. She then introduced us to A.J. Miller, to help with the financing and he also was very pleasant to work with. He also took his time with us and answered all of our questions about financing. After we purchased the vehicle we met with Johns Pitts who explained all of the technology and features of the vehicle. He was also very pleasant to work with. We don't think we could have had a better buying experience, thanks to the way we were treated from the time we entered the dealership to when we left with our new Crosstrek Sport. More
