We purchased our 5th BMW from Casey BMW today. Over the past 15 years, my experience has always been exceptional. Today was no different. Shawn Casey, general manger, helped me order my 2026 BMW X Over the past 15 years, my experience has always been exceptional. Today was no different. Shawn Casey, general manger, helped me order my 2026 BMW X7 3 weeks ago. Our salesperson, Joe Hargraves coordinated the delivery and made sure everything went smoothly. Joe has always been our sales advisor and he never stirs us wrong on features, etc. Also special thanks to Emery Draughn, Genius, for again explaining all the features and helping us customize the vehicle. Trey Leggett, F&I Manager, arranged financing and helped us select protection and maintenance plans that met our needs and didn't try to push additional products on us. While our X7 was being delivered, our 540 was in for service. AJ Phillips, our service advisor, made sure the 540 was ready by the time the X7 was ready to go and all the paperwork completed. All in all, you won't find a better BMW dealership. More

I was incredibly impressed by AJ, during my recent visit. He handled multiple duties, from answering telephonic questions and confirming scheduled appointments with other customers. Upon my checkout service, He handled multiple duties, from answering telephonic questions and confirming scheduled appointments with other customers. Upon my checkout service, I asked him to confirm the tire pressure checks and ensure the sensor was reset. Not once did AJ say "wait and I'll contact the service department." His dedication to customer service while multitasking administrative that required attention to detail and timeliness definitely stood out. He's consistent and makes it a practice to go beyond 100% and ensure every customer is satisfied. AJ will deliver outstanding customer service with a smile and very strong work ethics. More

I absolutely hate this place. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The only good part about this place is the sales department and barely that because the front desk receptionist attitude is AL WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The only good part about this place is the sales department and barely that because the front desk receptionist attitude is ALWAYS nasty. The services department is the absolute WORST especially the service manager. We’ve been to this place 3 times and every single time it’s been an issue every time. The first time they had us waiting 6 hrs for an oil change and fluids top off which was covered under our warranty. They gave us a $275 bill for services we didn’t even need. The second time we had to get towed there due to our tire popping. They said it would be ready the next morning due to them having to get the tire from another dealership. The car wasn’t ready till closing time. Now this time. Our appointment was at 8 AM so we did an overnight drop off. The appointment is for brakes, wheel alignment and a diagnostic test. They called and said they haven’t even started on the car and don’t understand what the diagnostic is for. I hate this establishment! We’re going to checkered flag and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place for service at all. This is a really bad look for Casey and I say that because I loved Casey Honda. More
