Pastor Jeff, It is unfortunate that you decided to utilize this public form of communication as your source of resolution. Comments and accusations, such as what you have posted, make it difficult for those in customer service to want to try and assist you. As for the facts, you have a reputation for being aggressive on multiple visits. You have admitted this yourself. Regarding your statement that you ordered the tire in advance, it is true that someone called and gave us the make, model, and VIN of a truck, but it was not the correct truck, so we received the wrong tire. Regarding the length of the visit, it did take more than the estimated 30 minutes. We did not have the right tire (see paragraph above), and you added time yourself by being challenging to work with. As for your accusation that our staff made fun of a disabled elderly gentleman, that did not happen. That statement was written when you were sitting outside our building and were angry at our staff. Regarding the patch, you brought it to our attention, and we investigated the issue, agreed with you, and apologized. We then presented a resolution to replace the tire and offered a complimentary loaner vehicle, all of which you declined. Then you decided to leave and made a threat on the way out that you would "SEE US IN THE STREETS." This kind of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Tell the whole story. First off the statement was inside and your service manager in training was there. Second, I am not the only one who has this problem. Fortunately we record all of our calls. I can send it to you in an email that we sent the correct VIN and tire size Friday. Not to mention we called Monday to make sure. Why was I there 2 hours? Why did your team patch the side wall. Why wasn’t the tire ready. So go ask your service manager in training if your two service advisors were making fun of a handicapped old gentleman. I told him while I sat in the office. I sat in there from 1-2pm. I went outside for a conference call at 2pm. Here is the truth. You know you have a problem with your staff. I am not the only one. You care more about your people. You did no investigation, you just made up the typical excuse. Here are the facts. Your team insulted an handicapped older gentleman: I sat there for 2 hour for an appointment you said should have take. 30 minutes. Your team put a patch on my sidewalk and tried to tell me it was right. Your technician said it was standard to plug right there. We gave you not only the VIN but also the tire size. Keep lying I will get both calls so you can see we gave your team the right information. If the calls we made have the correct information. Who is the liar here. Just own it and I will let it go. If not I will keep pressure issue
