Recent Grand Cherokee Purchase I was getting by 2013 Jeep serviced at Moore - My service advisor suggested I speak with Jay Johnson if I was interested in a New Vehicle. Jay was ve I was getting by 2013 Jeep serviced at Moore - My service advisor suggested I speak with Jay Johnson if I was interested in a New Vehicle. Jay was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I told Jay what I wanted and he was able to find the right Jeep for my needs - negotiating the price was a little challenging, but ultimately was able to live with the deal. All went smooth, and was able to take my new car home in just a couple hours. More

Aaron arranged for my vehicle to have 2 recall items fixed. Aaron took his time and what was being fixed and approximately how much time it time I will be waiting for my vehicle. EXPRESS OIL CHANGE is Not express Over 2 hours waiting on an express oil change is rediculous. Same excuses given as the last time for it taking so long. My expectation of express is immediately in and out in about 30 minutes. That is what I am used to from express. I suggest you change the name to something else that does not imply no waiting. More
