THIS DEALERSHIP IS A RIP OFF..SINCE DAY ONE I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED FROM THE BAIT AND SWITCH FOR A CAR IN THEIR AD, TAKING BACK THE INCENTIVE OF A $250 GIFT CARD, DELAY OF DELIVERY OF THE CAR FOR ALMOST A MON DECEIVED FROM THE BAIT AND SWITCH FOR A CAR IN THEIR AD, TAKING BACK THE INCENTIVE OF A $250 GIFT CARD, DELAY OF DELIVERY OF THE CAR FOR ALMOST A MONTH AFTER PAPERS WERE SIGNED, I WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE CAR OR DRIVE IT UNTIL THE DAY I PICKED IT UP. AFTER 2 DAYS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AFTER THEY "SPENT DAYS FIXING THE PROBLEM " UPON COMPLETION AFTER THEY WASHED THE CAR I FOUND THE REAR WIPER GOT BROKE, THEY FIXED THAT, 2ND REPAIR AGAIN THEY BROKE THE REAR WIPER, I WASTED $2000 ON A WARRANTY THAT DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS AND NO RETURN CALLS I WENT IN TO FIND THEY HAVE TO ORDER THE WIPER AND WILL NEVER WASH MY CAR AGAIN. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS CAR LOT!!!! More

This is why people don't trust car dealerships I received what I thought was a decent bid ($22, 874) for a 2018 Honda accord Sport. After explaining in detail through texts that I did NOT want to d I received what I thought was a decent bid ($22, 874) for a 2018 Honda accord Sport. After explaining in detail through texts that I did NOT want to do all of the haggling and I was specifically coming to him because of his bid, I drove almost an hour to this dealership. Yes, it's the same old bait and switch. After test driving and sitting to do the paperwork, the cost changed to $34,273. Please. There is no way adding tax and license should add $11,399. All the marking and changing the numbers to lower this number to make it seem like a better deal, does not change the fact that I had an email with the original bid. I really liked my salesman. He was nice and maybe they are all trained to do this but this is just not acceptable. I can't be the only one that refuses to play these games. Just keep it honest and please don't waste our time. More
