I'm the Internet Manager here at Jake Sweeney Chevrolet. I reside in Hamilton, Ohio and have been there all my life. I'm happily married to my wife of 10 years. We have a beautiful daughter that is eight going on eighteen. I started as a Service Consultant at Jake Sweeney in 1992. I went on to run a body shop at another dealer and then ultimately sales with that same dealer. I eventually went on to start the Internet Department and run the website etc... I came back to Jake Sweeney Chevrolet January 4th 2010 to run the Internet Department. I currently hold that same position. If I've learned anything after 20 years in the business, it's that the most important thing to the customer is the service they receive before and after the sale of their vehicle. Found car online, purchase process was great! We found our vehicle online, and drove the 30 miles to the dealer (from Dayton) with the hope it met our expectations. While the lots are a bit confusing (especially for used cars), we were able to test drive--and purchase--the vehicle we were looking for, at a price well below what dealers in the Dayton area advertised. Jared Hale was such a pleasure to work with, as was Aaron White. i would recomend anyone stop here first if your looking at buying a new car. More

For many people car salespersons fall into the same category as lawyers and those from other despised professions. You only want to deal with them when absolutely necessary and just the thought of doi category as lawyers and those from other despised professions. You only want to deal with them when absolutely necessary and just the thought of doing it is dreadful. However, I can honestly say that my experience at Jake Sweeney Chevrolet was quite pleasant. They were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and easy to talk with--so much so that I decided to do business there as opposed to dealerships that were 3 to 15 miles closer. So if you are shopping via the Internet, I would recommend speaking with Aaron White and Shana Miller in the Internet Sales Department. You will not be disappointed. And yes, I left with a new vehicle today. Thanks Aaron and Shana for the great customer service! More

I was in the market for a new car. I had a 1999 Chevy Prism and it was time for an upgrade. I did a little research online prior to setting up an appointment to look at a car and test drive. The Intern Prism and it was time for an upgrade. I did a little research online prior to setting up an appointment to look at a car and test drive. The Internet Sales Manager, J.C. Baker, and I spoke prior to my appointment, about my specific needs and my anxiety, as this was my first car purchase. I was then linked up with Jared Hale, who would assist me in my car hunt. Jared was amazing! He really took time to listen to my specific wants and needs. I was able to test drive several vehicles, and when I had a question, he answered honestly. Aaron White, who also assisting me in the financial aspect, was much more than helpful. He explained everything in a clear manner, was very understanding, and honest as well. I purschased a 2013 Cruze, and I can whole-heartedly say, that I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING about my vehicle!!! I feel safe, and comfortable, and my payments are affordable! They did such a wonderful job meeting my needs and the customer service was incredible. The peace of mind that I have now, is priceless! Words will never be able to express how truly thankful I am to have worked with such an awesome team! These guys are amazing!! More

I worked with Jared and Aaron on finding the new car I wanted. Even though the car we found was not on their lot, they had it for me the next day. When I arrived the car was spotless, paperwork was almost wanted. Even though the car we found was not on their lot, they had it for me the next day. When I arrived the car was spotless, paperwork was almost complete a head of time, and when going over the car features, Jared was extremely knowledgeable of all of them and took his time explaining everyone of them. No rushing !!!! Even though I've purchased other cars from Jake Sweeney in the past, these guys made this the best purchasing experience yet. I will continue to go here for cars and, as always, continue to use their Service Dept., which I feel is the best in the area. More

Aaron White was just outstanding to work with. He completely understands the phrase, "no hassle buying," in my humble opinion. I never felt pressured, nor threatened by some sort of spurious deadlin completely understands the phrase, "no hassle buying," in my humble opinion. I never felt pressured, nor threatened by some sort of spurious deadline like so many other dealers attempt to impose. And I don't think he could have been more helpful in my search for the right vehicle. He worked up numerous quotes, looking at cars from numerous dealers in an effort to get me what I wanted. In the end, I wound up buying a car off of the Sweeney lot. I'm looking forward to working with Aaron in the future when our next automobile need arises. Just a great guy and a valuable asset to the Sweeney team. More
