I bought a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring earlier this year. I recently took it in for the 1st oil change. Dealing again with Abby reminded me that I meant to write a review. This was the 4th car I have purchased from H of C over the years & I`ve had nothing but excellent experiences. Abby was extremely helpful, throughout the process. They initially did not have the car I wanted on the lot. Abby assured me they could find the car I wanted & did so within a couple of days. Then, when I was out of town after they secured it, they were willing to hold it for me until I got back in town. Adam, who has always been great to deal with, did all I could ask for on my trade-in. It was definitely worth the wait, as the car has surpassed my expectations by far. I had initially been against a CR-V because I know so many people that have one but when I saw a car just like mine & test drove a similar one, I knew that was it! Abby was fantastic to deal with and Adam has always been receptive to any questions I ever asked him. The service dept. has always been top-notch as well. Keep up the good work! More
