Poor detail job Bought my car a week ago and was told while we were signing papers the car would be detailed. Not the case at all.. if you call a simple wash detailed then I suppose it would be fine. When we left it was pouring out so it wasn't til the next day after it stopped raining that I noticed the car had not been touched at all. I had to take it to the car wash and sweep it out and windex everything. There was dirt from the person that owned the car before everywhere.. the floor, door handles, the cup holders were filthy just everything. Is it too much to ask when u buy a $16,000 car to want it cleaned spotless and actually detailed? I emailed abdoul the guy that sold me the car and he apologized and said he was not aware of the detail job and said if there was anything he could do to let him know. To which I replied yes if I could have it detailed correctly in my town cause I live 2hrs away that would be great. 1 week later I've heard nothing back, also emailed off the main page as well no answer. Nobody really cares they just tell you that. One thing I don't get anyways is why none of the cars are detailed before they go on the lot. They were all dirty inside! Thanks Ricart for sending me home in a filthy car. More

Abdoulaye Toure is the man! I had been searching for a smaller SUV 4X4 and found a 2014 Jeep Compass on Ricart.com. When I stopped in to look at it, I was on a schedule and knew I had been searching for a smaller SUV 4X4 and found a 2014 Jeep Compass on Ricart.com. When I stopped in to look at it, I was on a schedule and knew I wouldn't be able to make any kind of purchase until the next day. I was met by Abdoulaye who was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. No time was wasted locating the Jeep and taking a quick test drive. Some basics were covered until I could return. The process was relaxing and everyone I met along the process was very friendly and knowledgeable. It does take some time to get all of the paperwork in order but there's no need to sweat it....make yourself comfortable and the salesperson will find you. I found Abdoulaye to be a fine young man and a terrific ambassador for The Ricart Used Car Factory. More
