I recently purchased a 2022 Ford F-250 King Ranch from Vernon Auto, with Adam providing assistance throughout the process. Despite Adam's diligence in sharing detailed pictures and videos, I was discovered an undisclosed dent upon the truck's delivery. While I accepted the presence of minor scratches due to its used status, the hidden dent was deceptive and unacceptable. Upon reaching out to the dealership within days after delivery to address the issue, I was met with poor customer service. Despite my clear disappointment and frustration, they refused to acknowledge their oversight, citing their "sold as is" policy. This blatant deception and lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied with Vernon Auto's business practices. It's evident that Vernon Auto prioritizes closing sales over honesty and transparency, which is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. More
