I then got a nice followup message from Justin Richelskowski (spelling?). He congratulated me on my new car, welcomed me to Kia, said I can reach out to him with any questions or concerns and gave his contact number. It's nice that there is a quality assurance person. It makes you feel like they care and want to make sure all is right. I'm glad I went to Destination Kia! More
