My husband and I needed to speak to someone regarding our leased vehicle to see what our options were upon return. We had our four children with us. We went to other Honda dealership before going to Millen leased vehicle to see what our options were upon return. We had our four children with us. We went to other Honda dealership before going to Millennium and nobody there wanted to help us. At Millenium Honda we were greeted politely and nobody seemed to care that we had brought our children. We received excellent costumer service as soon as we walked through the door. Our sales person, Adeleke Osinuga, went above and beyond what he needed to do to get us the car that we wanted at the price we wanted to spend. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and tell them to ask for Adeleke. More

I want to start by saying that if it was not for Adeleke, I wouldn't be walking out with the new Honda Civic Hybrid. Presently, I own a Mercedes S-500 and Mercedes ML 550. I was out shopping for leases o I wouldn't be walking out with the new Honda Civic Hybrid. Presently, I own a Mercedes S-500 and Mercedes ML 550. I was out shopping for leases on some basic cars. I am internally done with driving luxury vehicles. So the brand or type of car didn't matter to me. I just wanted a basic car. I visited Ford, Nissan, Chevy and Hyundai. From the moment, I walked into Honda, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Within few minutes, Adeleke greeted me and we started talking of Nelson Mandela. He didn't start with the usual sales pitch. He focussed on human to human connection first, set the tone right and then focussed on sales. He gets a five thumbs up from me as sales is largely dependent on relationships. All car dealerships should hire more like Adeleke to enhance their sales. He has a very balanced approach towards customers. Not overly aggressive/pushy that scares a customer away yet he is subtly persistent on selling and numbers. He maintains his calmness and modesty, even through tough negotiations. In the end, he knows how to make the customer feel good about his/her buy. Adeleke made the process very easy. In the buying process, another employee gets credit - Vito from Finance. He was very courteous and made the cumbersome process of the paperwork so easy for us. He was most efficient as he kept all documents ready for us and minimized the waiting time. The professionalism of both Adeleke and Vito were commendable. We were happy with our entire experience. The dealership is a pleasure to deal with. Adeleke was courteous, friendly and customer focused. His primary approach to sales is to see the client satisfied- not just to get his sales numbers up. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get as close to my ideal purchase as possible. I was unable to take the car with me the day I purchased it and Adeleke came in on his vacation day to meet me and hand over the car-- very impressive customer service! I saved money on my car insurance too because part of the dealership includes an Allstate insurance company staff who were also helpful and easy to deal with ( no high pressure sales tactics) and very professional. Vicki from the welcome team sat with me in the car to assure I understood all of the features before I left the lot. When I got home I noticed 2 small scratches on the trunk which Adeleke showed a manager who assured me I can bring the car back in to have their service staff deal with the scratches.
