"Bought a Subaru Outback over the due to Sales at AOM"

First off... I would go to King Acura in Birmingham instead of AOM. Why I bought a Subaru Outback at Keras Subaru over the Acura RDX.... was not because we liked the Subaru better, it's because the Sales process at Memphis Acura is painful and more like buying a low-end Chevy. I am a 7 time Honda/Acura owner/leasee and don't feel that way at AOM. I am also in the market for an MDX but the Mercedes SUV at Mercedes Collierville looks better even though it's more. This Acura dealer is good for service but the Sales team is non-responsive and act like this is the 1980's when the concept of Internet pricing did not exist.

Very friendly service and follow up. I purchased 2 cars within one week at this dealership. Will purchase again in the future. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Acura of Memphis ROCKS!!!! I got an awesome deal on a used Acura!! I shopped long and hard for just the right car. I went to over 20 dealerships on my 2 month search. Acura of Memphis went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. They were the nicest and most helpful dealership Ive ever worked with. Chris Curllle was my main salesman. Whenever the dealership had a trade in that fit what I was looking for Chris would call and tell me all about it. Great guy to work with. But the service department really BLEW ME AWAY with their kindness, patience, and superb professionalism. I had a transmission problem the day I bought the car. I came right back to the dealership and found Greg Moore the service director. We took the car out and he told me it needed a new transmission. He arranged for a new transmission to be put in at no cost to me. He was super nice and very professional. Brandon Willouby the service adviser oversaw the replacement of the transmission. Very sweet, very professional man. AWESOME GUYS TO WORK WITH!! He made sure it was done with no labor cost to me. WOW!!! Even though I had only purchased a 2000 Acura TL, the concierge set me up with a 2012 TL for my loaner car while my car was being fixed. This thing was sweet!! I don't know what my next car will be, but I sure know where I'm buying it from. THANK YOU ACURA OF MEMPHIS!!!

Very friendly staff! I felt they did go the extra mile...well over 9:00pm when I finally drove away in my new MDX that I love. Very helpful with post sales tie ups and teaching me all features of the car. Kudos!!!!

While in the process of rebuilding credit, it can be mortifying to attempt a car purchase. But, Kile Taylor was not at all pushy, but very attentive! He was polite & didn't treat me like a "girl"! He, John & Amahd were the best I've ever dealt with! Professionalism with a personal touch matters!!! I will definitely refer my clients, friends & family to Acura of Memphis!
