Our salesman Jake Ryan was the absolute best! He got us everything we wanted, including driving 3 hours each way to a different dealership to trade car and get us the color and options we wanted. I did get my dream car here but bc it's used it came with quirks that needed to be fixed. Things that the pre inspection should've fixed (according to my conversation with Breeze) but didn't. Had this car 3 weeks now, and has developed a loud noise in rear which turned out to be the brakes that happen to be at 15%. The front edges of the tires are so worn they're in the yellow, had my TRUSTED mechanic look over vehicle (bc of developing loud rear noise) and he said the dipstick is broken inside of oil tube! Couldnt even check t he oil. Then he suggested my mechanic broke it to have them pay for it. There is no way I did all this in the 3 weeks I've had this car. I only came in at my mechanics suggestion to HELP pay for these quirks. When i got my jeep at Credit Yes the spark plugs needed to be fixed, $600! The manager was so awesome there, and went halvsies with me. Turns out they don't want to help. The thing is also when I first looked at the car there were no scratches on the car and by the time I came home and saw front right end, had a huge deep scratch on the vehicle! Something the service department I am certain did.Not too impressed with the outcome of this dealership. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Communication between departments and to the customer is horrible! I was lied to multiple times throughout my time there, about prices, financing opt Communication between departments and to the customer is horrible! I was lied to multiple times throughout my time there, about prices, financing options, and available services. The service manager especially was rude and unhelpful, and attempted to gaslight me about what he'd said when I was there in person, saying "I don't know who told you that... that doesn't sound like me... etc" when it was literally him that spoke to me previously and told me those things! I also kept being directed to voicemails when I'd call until i very bluntly told them to connect me to the highest manager available, at which point i got connected to the person i was originally trying to reach, who mysteriously had "not been in the office that day" when I'd called 5 minutes before. OVERALL -100/10 WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY WORST ENEMY!! More
