I was eye-ing a good deal for a CPO vehicle and found Herb of Boston had some of the lowest priced deals around NE. My sales advisor was Ahmed, who was extremely helpful and answered all the question I had. He also was pretty knowledgeable. There was some haggling on the price of the trade-in, but they did have a very low rate already, so it was not a bad deal. The out of door process was very efficient once the deal was set. Justin from finance also helped beat the current APR deal I got from my bank and was not pushy about all those paintguard/tire extra options. Ahmed was not only great during the car deal process but came through with multiple calls after I took delivery of the car to answer any other questions I had including on bluetooth, BMW assist etc. He even mailed the set of keys i forgot in my trade-in without the need for me to go pick them up. Overall I recommend these folks for hassle free experience. But do your research first! More

Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. I have owned my car for 6 months and Ahmed still calls me back immediately and is always willing to help and answer my questions. More

I was pleasantly surprise with my experience after having bought a new BMW. It's been many years since I bought a car and this was my first experience buying a new car. I did not experienced any of the neg bought a new BMW. It's been many years since I bought a car and this was my first experience buying a new car. I did not experienced any of the negative aspects that are usually associated with car purchasing. I was ready for all the usual back and forth of negotiating a price, however, Herb Chambers were very reasonable. Ultimately, they do have to make SOME profit when selling a car, otherwise, they'd be out of business. However, they are very reasonable and will not try to milk you for every pennies they can. Ahmed is fun and professional. He will also go out of his way to meet your needs. Definitely a very good dealership and very good person to work with. Recommends without reservation. More
